3-days intensive clown training
“Clown for stage”

In this intensive training you will explore your own and individual involuntary humour and strengthen your perception of others. Your learn to appear spontaneously and concentrated at the stage, you will train improvisation and play with others and discover the art of clowning.

• For who: stage artists & amateurs with some experience in theater, dance etc.
• Prerequisites: motivation for an intensive training and for exploring yourself
• Program: Relaxation and movement exercises, getting to know your clown, practicing contact with the public, learning awareness of others and playing together, understanding the rules of humour, developing the sense of rhythm

Every day starts with a relaxation and some movement exercises or games. We will then work on the daily topic.

Day 1: The naivety of the clown, failure
Day 2: Rhythm and the comic, amplifying or minimizing actions or emotions
Day 3: Structure in an improvisation / clown act
